Founder & CEO

Tara first arrived in China in 2014 and fell in love with the language, lifestyle and people. She has served as the representative and consultant to a number of Chinese and international companies and organisations active in China's energy, wastewater management and education industries. Tara obtained her Master's degree from the University of Helsinki. She is a life-long learner and is passionate about sustainability and motivating others to be a part of positive societal change. She returned to Finland in 2023 but is still strongly involved in China operations.

Business Consultant (Finland)

Tong has a very integrated background in arts, sciences, and business development in both China and Finland. She is deeply concerned about impact of climate change to developing nations. She utilises her language skills, cross-cultural experience, professionalism and her considerate and easy going personality to assist in communication and business affairs primary with clients in Europe. In 2024 she decided to continue her studies in Finland and her current work focuses on clients already in or coming to Finland.

Client & Partner Manager (China)

Jennifer has an diverse background working in international business projects, assisting in business development. She has a Bachelor's Degree in English, TEM-8 English Level Certificate and currently manages client and partner relations for OSA in China.

Project Manager (China)

Maggie spent four years in Australia, where she completed her Bachelor’s degree in Business. Afterwards she moved to the UK to pursue her Master’s Degree. She has many years of experience in education and managing international cooperative projects.
